If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that ship with us.
Shipping Policy:
Our shipping is made to be simple and easy on you.
We ask that all orders placed with us allow up to 24 hours for processing and packaging times.
All orders will arrive by the following timeframes:
- Order shipping outside of Florida: Your order will arrive in 3-5 business days from the time of shipment.
- Orders shipping within Florida: Your order will arrive in 1-2 business days.
- Orders shipping to Pinellas County: Your order will personally be delivered by us the next business day of your order date.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates from Reef & Willow are simple.
Our Shipping rates are as follows:
- Orders over $100: Any order placed at Reef & Willow for $100 or more will receive Complimentary Shipping on us.
- Orders under $100: Any order placed at Reef & Willow for less than $100, we split the shipping with you. You pay only $5, that’s it.
- Shipping Carrier: Our Shipping Carrier is UPS. However, there may be a few instances where your order will ship via FedEx or USPS.
